The beds at Acola were incredibly comfortable and cozy. We loved the privacy curtains that allowed us to have our own personal space. The hostel itself was modern and spotlessly clean, with brand new facilities. Their inclusive breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and having a doggy bag for lunch was a thoughtful touch.

Although there were only two bathrooms for the sixteen beds, we went during the off-season and didn't encounter any issues. However, I can imagine it might be more challenging when the hostel is full.

The hostel had a great location, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore and find places to eat. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the beds were of good quality and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The complicated laundry system, which I had trouble figuring out on my own and needed assistance from the hostel staff.

our recent stay in pontevedra was a pleasant surprise. acola exceeded our expectations with its clean and stylish facilities, welcoming staff, and convenient location near the basilica. the private bunks with curtains, lockable storage, and packed breakfast were really thoughtful touches that made us feel comfortable and well taken care of during our two-night stay.

Noise from the air exhaust needs improvement.

The location of the hostel is ideal, situated in the heart of the charming old town, just steps away from the beautiful basilica. the beds are comfortable and the dorms offer some privacy with curtains and individual sleeping capsules. the staff is friendly and thorough, providing a thorough tour of the facilities upon arrival. the hostel offers free breakfast, coffee, and tea, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

There is a lack of staff presence, causing difficulties in communication and response times.

Very modern, bright and clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable beds with own charging point, light and storage unit. Excellent large shower. Handily located in Old Town. Good breakfast and common area. Privacy curtains on beds. Conveniently situated near a gothic church.

Could not be improved in any way.

I recently stayed at the Acola hostel in Pontevedra for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The sleeping capsules were a unique touch, with individual lights and USB charging ports. The bunk cubicles had curtains for privacy, and everything was clean and new. I also appreciated the little snack pack provided for the next day. The facility was modern and bright, with excellent shower facilities and washing/drying amenities. a great experience and highly recommended.

    Would recommend this hostel.

The hostel was in a great location, right next to a beautiful church and close to the city center. It made it convenient for exploring the city and discovering the local attractions. the hostel provided clean and spacious bathrooms with great showers. It was a relief to have comfortable facilities after a long day of sightseeing.

The lack of privacy in the dorm room. It definitely affected my overall experience as it was not the comfortable and private accommodation I had envisioned.

I stayed at Acola for my Camino and it was the most comfortable hostel room I had during my trip. The air conditioning in every aisle was a big plus, as were the modern bunk beds that allowed me to sit up without hitting my head. The comfortable pillows made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the lockable drawer, USB ports, sockets, and night light in each bunk. The curtains and the wall pocket for storage were thoughtful touches. The location was perfect and the hostel was clean. The man at reception was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me after I injured my leg. The basic breakfast and packed lunch for pilgrims were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hostel.

    Totally recommend this hostel.

The staff at the hostel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. the facilities of the hostel were modern and well-maintained. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable with curtains for added privacy. - the location of the hostel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the town center and close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The communal space at the hostel was quite small, which made it a bit cramped and crowded at times. There were some issues with hygiene that were not satisfactory.
